S&P Global Mobility

PROJECT:

Highlighting the Society of Excellence Program to recognize outstanding employees.

S&P Global Mobility provides data, insights, and analytics on the automotive industry to help businesses make informed decisions about vehicle markets, trends, and consumer behavior.

The Challenge:

GACO was presented with two challenges. To start, finding a luxury gift that represents an employee's achievement of status in the Society of Excellence Program because utilizing high-end products is important to exemplify appreciation and value within a company. Lastly, we were asked to present this gift on a global scale and ship it worldwide. Shipping worldwide is of great importance for global companies to celebrate achievements on a global scale by extending across borders.

The Solution

GACO recognized that TUMI products would make ideal gifts for excellence and to enhance their global reach, GACO proposed the idea of a pop-up store. The pop-up store allowed each member to personalize their gift and ship it all over the world. A handwritten note from each member’s direct report made the honor even more special.

The Results

When I got on my 1:1 with a colleague, she held up the Society of Excellence handbag, then pulled out the handwritten congratulations note. She really appreciated the personal touch and recognition.
